Ask before you change or paint it...

The community's Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions (CC&Rs) require all homeowners to submit an architectural request form before they add, remove or change anything on the exterior of their property. This includes painting, landscaping, even structures in the back yard.

To facilitate these requests, the architectural form can be downloaded from the link under "Pages & Links" on the right side of the home page.

Please complete the form, make a copy for your records, and email, or postal mail, or fax to VISION COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT.

EMAIL: Keystone@wearevision.com

POSTAL:  Vision Property Management.  16625 S, Desert Foothills Parkway.  Phoenix, AZ. 85048

You must receive the Board of Directors approval before beginning any project.

About our association

We All Belong Here

Everyone who owns a house in the Keystone subdivision in Ahwatukee is automatically a member of the Keystone Owners Asssociation. In addition, all Keystone homeowners also are members of the Mountain Park Ranch Homeowners Association, the "master" HOA.

Homeowners and Residents

Currently,34 of the 163 homes in the Keystone community are off-site owners, having other residences as far away as San Francisco and New York. All properties in the community, however, are subject to the neighborhood's  Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs).

Your Association Needs You

The five neighbors who serve on the Keystone board of directors are charged with managing a $234,720 annual budget that is used to help repair and maintain trees, lawns, shrubs, the streets, the pool and other common areas within our subdivision.

Please take an interest in your neighborhood by attending monthly board meetings - held on the fourth Wednesday of every month - and volunteering for committee assignments or board positions.
