In a post-card survey conducted by the Keystone board in September, 2008, 43 of the 163 homeowners expressed their views on the concept of installing speed bumps to deter speeders on our streets.
The results:
Thirty homeowners voted AGAINST speed bumps - 13 voted FOR them.
With 70 percent of the vote expressing opposition, the board has no further plans to advance the speed bump issue at this time.
