Save $$ by using smaller trash bins, and save space too

The City of Phoenix has two sizes of trash and recylable containers available for homeowners. The regular containers hold 90 gallons; the alternative size holds 60 gallons and is shorter. If your storage space is tight, or if you don't require a 90-gallon container, the city will downsize them for you..BONUS: if you switch the green container to the smaller, 60-gallon size, you will receive a credit of $3.00 per month on your city water bill! Just call the public works department at (602) 262-7251.
