WATER/SEWER LINE LETTER TO HOMEOWNERS

Recently, (November 2024) Keystone residents received a letter from America Water Resources (AWR) who has partnered with the City of Phoenix to purchase water line and sewer line protection.  A resident or owner's question might be, "Should I buy this warranty?"  The Association neither recommends or disapproves.  The decision to purchase this warranty is a personal decision.  (This page was updated 11/26/2024 to reflect the new partnership with AWR.)
